Your satisfaction is our absolute top priority. While all of our salon services are strictly non-refundable, we want to make sure your hair is everything you hoped for! If you have any concerns regarding your service, we kindly ask that you contact us within 7 days of your appointment. We will gladly schedule a complimentary adjustment, when appropriate, to refine the original service. Adjustments are intended to correct the initial service and do not apply to changes of preference, requests for a different look, or services performed by another stylist after your appointment.
Inspiration Photos & Customized Results
We absolutely love it when you bring in inspiration photos! They are a fantastic starting point for our consultation and help us understand your vision. Please keep in mind that every head of hair is uniquely beautiful. Because your final results are deeply influenced by your current hair hue, texture, and previous color history, we can't promise an exact replica of a photograph. Instead, your stylist will use your photo as inspiration to craft a stunning, customized look that perfectly suits your specific hair! During your consultation, your stylist will provide honest, professional recommendations and create a customized plan to achieve your desired look while preserving the health of your hair. In some cases, reaching your goal may require multiple appointments.
